Paige Hemmis

I handmade a custom purple heart pendant with “ERIE” inscribed on the back. I also include a special piece of Pink beach glass and an ornate bail to show it off. I put it on a sterling silver chain thinking that Paige might like that. Well, she loved the necklace but little did I know she was allergic to sterling silver. I saw the necklace on her on one of the shows but it looked like it was on a different cord. I wrote to her on my face book, to tell her my family was thrilled she wore the necklace on the show and what an example that was for my children. For my children to see me follow through with something I felt led to do despite what others would say or even the odds I would be able to get it to the person, was awesome. Then for Paige to actually wear it on the show showed them what can happen.

Awww! Thank YOU! I did move it to a leather chain cord – I’m pretty much allergic to everything else.
But I LOVE the necklace and wear it often, so thank you so much! 🙂
