I had the incredible opportunity to be on CNN’s Morning Express show covering small business success stories. At the time, my husband and I used to watch Robin Meade every Morning. Following the show I sent a necklace that I had custom made for her. I used Exotic Zebra wood on a leather rope with an ornate bail. The style and materials, I felt, suited her personality as well as her style. One day watching the show my husband noticed she had the necklace on as she delivered the news on the CNN Morning express show. She made a call personally to my house thanking me for the necklace I had created for her. What a thrill it is to hear the appreciation when it works out to bless people with something I created.
